On Fridays I recap some fantastic finds from around the world wide web. Happy Weekend!
great FABRIC: Heather Ross has a new line of fabric out. It’s amazing, super cute and I want it! The little piggies are awesome, but so are the little mice. This would be a super cute skirt for my chick!
to whet your APPETITE: We are pondering trying to go gluten free for 6-8 weeks to see if it makes a difference in some health issues we all suffer from and this recipe for gluten free funfetti cupcakes looks awesome. It’s the sorghum flour that kind of freaks me out.
be NATURAL and NEAT (as in organized): oh Ikea expedit, how I love you. I wish I had a big truck, an Ikea near me and some spare cash to buy a large one like this for my daughter’s room to store all her doll stuff in and these to redo my kiddos closets.
a TUTORIAL to do: I’ve made a wallet before, but I like the looks of this tutorial better. And it’s from the Purl Bee so you know it’s going to be good!
on AIMEE’s to do list (that’s me by the way): um, capes. I’m embracing the felt for the next few weeks before I wind things down and go into vacation mode for a few weeks.
to TRIM my house with: So, last week I said I was going to order some pottery for the house numbers. I didn’t. We found some metal ones we loved made from recycled sheet metal and they should be arriving any day. I’m so excited!
INSPIRATIONAL: 31 days of praying for your husband.
CUTE: I’m always on the hunt for ideas to do with the mounds of felt scraps I have and I came across this sweet shop on etsy. Her stuff is the epitome of cuteness.
